Just for argument sake. Not wanting to fight but just argue a little. I do not believe you could get dry straw to weigh that! I would have to physically be there standing at the scale when it went over it.
3x4 could maybe see getting to 800 tops but it would have to have 15 strings on it.
Anyway I just want to stir the pot
My claas 5300 will put 950-1150 pounds of wheat straw in an 8ft bale. 25 knives. 650 knot strength twine. The combine makes a difference. Generally an axial flow will be at the upper weight range, deere rotor will be in the middle, and walker machines will be at the lower range.
Going rate in this area for these balers is $2/foot.
