Dave's auto in Utah replaces a bunch of them with CP3 pumps. His analysis is different than the fuel angle (number of pistons in the pump is more with the older CP3 - 2 vs 3)

Class action lawsuits are a "spread the wealth" program for legal firms. Often it takes a lot of work to get one of these suits to trial, but they prove nothing except who is getting money. Glyphosate does not cause cancer any more than soap, but lawyers convinced a jury to find that monsanto was negligent for not doing more testing (or something to that effect) so there was a big payday. You'll note other legal firms are trying to jump in on the deal - they will probably just collect consultation fees.

In the GM case it sounds like way more than 30% went to the legal firms.
