Get a couple worn out road cones from the county road district. Cut the ends off a couple inches to make kill cones. Need a pot to scald in and a heat source to hold the temp at 140. Couple sharp knifes and an outdoor work table. White birds are easier to pick clean.
If you were closer, I'd help. It's not hard just takes a little practice:)
