Buhl, ID | I have never seen enough advantage to using CIDRs to justify the cost but that's just me.
From the time you put them in and first shot, wait 7 to 10 days, then remove and lutalyse. Breed 60 to 72 hours later with the GnRH (Ovacyst, Factrel, Fertagel)
Any animals that come in heat before 60 hours should be bred early.
We see less early embryonic loss when the final shot is given 12 hours before breeding but its a pita especially on beef cows.
