Google has heard of it and has recipes for making it and places to buy it. It sounds a little weird to me, but they have some good food in the Philippines and at Philippino restaurants in the USA.

After being here in the Philppines for 5 years and I whole-heartedly disagree about good food here.

They have no money for food here. Cheapest ingredients possible is what is used. Lots of carbs here, sugar and starches.
