| I won’t hook onto a double with a pickup with a bed. Friend of mine ruined a new pickup with a 42’ double. It dumped one side going down the highway and flipped over. Trashed the bed and bent the gooseneck ball may have done some frame damage. He said it was the second time one has done that to him. So make sure the mechanism is bullet proof if you get a double or borrow one.
The hay otter I bum I don’t think it would be possible to malfunction, but apparently there’s some out there that a spring loaded lock could get jammed with hay or something. | |
