North Central Illinois		Grinding peanuts in a Vita Mix works, but then the canister is a nuisance to clean.

Here the natural peanut butter on the grocery store shelf is hardly any more $/lb than plain peanuts so I just buy it there.

If you use enough you can save a little $ by buying it by the 5 gallon bucket from a place like Country Life Natural Foods and they'll UPS it to you.
