Are you spraying at the same rate of total volume per acre/hectare? Forward speed, spray quality, nozzles? What's the ratio of drone to conventional sprayer? I use 24 metre sprayes with 3600 and 4000 litre tanks, what would we need for drones do do the same work? How far can they travel from base? Do you have to take the chemicals and batteries closer to where you are working? Do you pre mix the chemicals? How do you replace physically driving over every square metre of the crop in terms of your management and agronomy? And related to that, how do you make desicions on the job in hand when you aren't in the cab in the field? |
