Local GNC store 50 years ago had a peanut grinder in store.
I would think one could add a bit of coconut/ MCT oil to the mix. I have not found Straight peanut butter appealing,- too dry, oil floats out.
Alternatively, one could add an allulose sugar to it( Rx Sugar) without any diabetic side- effects
