How often are you changing the engine breather filter? If that plugs it dumps oil back into the intake and will clog up the intercooler.
Had that happen on the same tractor one year, was gutless as hell pulling a 1000 bushel cart. Dealership cleaned out intercooler and rerouted the hose from the breather to vent outside instead of the intake.
