Are there any hand pumps for 5 gal buckets that work and don't leak all over the place?  I've tried the cheap plastic ones and they give up after only a few uses.

There are quality looking metal pumps but all of them seem to have the drop tube in the center of the bucket.  Hasn't anyone noticed that the spout is located off to the side?  I don't want to have to pull the lid off a bucket in order to use the pump.
