In my case ,elected to have surgery, as,if do radiation first and if it does not produce results,surgery is not an option...
Gleason was 3-4, went to PSA of 16
Over 3-4 years. Took a shot in the spring, to get to the winter months, PSA dropped to .2...I thought,well maybe I will be good,,doc said it's still there , we need to do something..
So after thinking for a period of time, elected surgery.

I guess, if your wondering about just watching and testing, and happy doing that,,,,,maybe start on dog wormer and ivomectin..
