SE SD | C_mayer is spot on. Your dealer makes the difference. Just today, I got a phone call from my local CIH dealer who is working on my Magnum 290. I literally gave the service manager every piece of information three weeks ago, part numbers, knowledge articles, etc...basically did all the heavy lifting for him, & he is still confused. I'd do it myself if I had the laptop & software to get into the tractors computer. Point is, no matter the color, if your dealership is poorly trained, poorly managed, you're going to have a bad experience. The big multi-store locations are the same. One location might be horrible, but the next one down the road could be great. | |
