IA/MN/WI | Optalign Aerial from Streamline Ag. It's formulated by Joe Gednalske, same guy that holds the pattens for all the Winfield adjuvants, like Interlock, Masterlock and Class act. It runs about $1.30 an acre, worked awesome through the drone we had flying last week. I know they've got some dealers in Illinois, my dealer is in Maquoketa IA. I also use their regular spray adjuvant in my herbicide pass, its got the AMS, NIS, and deposition aid in it so I don't have to use bagged AMS, and it was about $3.30 an acre this year(way below what the coop was selling adjuvant for).
If you want contact info for my dealer shoot me an email.
Side note, the FullTec stuff mentioned above, you couldn't pay my drone guy to use that. It works fine for foam reduction, but he tested it's spray pattern last year when SprayTec asked him to be a dealer, he said it was absolute junk as a deposition aid, it's so bad that Corteva reps are withholding respray dollars this year if it was used in the tank because it isn't on their recommended list.
