| The problem some of these Cat dealers have is they thought they could run Ag stores the way they did construction stores. The construction company with 20 dozens can have one down for two days and they will pay $2,000 for a two hour service call because the lady in the office writing checks doesn't know anything about the actual repair, just to pay the bill. The farmer with one combine has a different reaction of waiting two days for a service call and he hasn't forgotten that the mechanic was only there for two hours when he gets the bill for $2,000. | |
