Wife makes her own. Kind of a pain but she seems to like doing it. Thin strips of chicken meat on the dehydrator 160 degrees till dry. Put it in a food processor and beat the crap out of it till flour consistency.
She tried a flour mill but just gummed it up. You can buy it commercially but very expensive.
Make about anything that uses almond or coconut flour. Wife doesn't do well with high oxalates load so almond flour only very sparingly.
