Drain all the oil and check screen and see what kind of material is where. Drain rear housing and under clutch housing. Check axle end play. If I remember correctly you can get a good look at differential and spider gears by taking the pto shaft out and looking in from the rear. If missing gears rear planetary pack or other planetary may be coming apart. Need some pictures of the chunks.
