We have a system similar to what you are wanting to price that has slowly expanded over the last 15 years.

Started with a 3500bu holding bin, superb sq12 dryer, single 36ft 10 ring bin. Just have augers feeding everything. For our location an air blower would probably push us over electricity wise.

We have 3 36ft 10 ring bins now with top augers so the dryer can fill each of them, need to add one more bin for next year. Last 36ft 10 ring we put up was close to 100k by the time you add in the wiring, top cross auger, and fixed/auto bin sweep.

It works well for our smaller operation. It's just me and my dad, so for the most part the dryer setup isn't a limitation. If we are catching the dryer in a wetter year we fill up all our wagons (aprox another 3500bu) and one of us volunteers to unload them in the middle of the night and the dryer basically runs 24/7
