Funny. They can only utilize the dew that is on the leaves by absorbing through the leaves. But you have to have dew on the plants. Very rarely when you are in a dry spell, do you get any dew on the plants.

When there’s stress there is a huge difference between how beans look at 7:00 am and how they look at 4:00 pm
We all tend to see the worst in our crop, me included.
It’s common for me to be somewhere and have someone say “your corn on so and so sure looks good” and I’m thinking, don’t you remember the holes in it before it got tall and didn’t you see that yellow spot!
Then I drive by again and go “yeah, that’s pretty darn good corn”! |
