If I remember, that's a 90° v4. I don't believe there are any warnings to say the pump is not pumping oil into the fuel. Oem says most time the pump fails it pumps to much but I had one a 175 60°v6 fail and stop pumping oil, but it still pumped fuel. Low oil and no oil are just tank level warnings.
It's your motor. Best plan is to mix your fuel but the vro is nice when working.
