We're in the same situation in se Kansas. We're working on our third dry year in a row. Surely it has to change sometime. It's supposed to be over 100 several days next week. The silage choppers are running and getting what little is there.
The same here in SW Missouri with 3 dry years in a row..I thought the corn looked good until I looked at some ears today....I was surprised how poor the ears were...I was expecting great things on July 4th but it sure went down hill fast. |
