I designed a single level home. Wide hallways, double doors, no basement so extra storage on the single level, and 3 car garage with minimum thresholds. 2 1/2 large bathroom to enable wheel hair use. Roll in shower. 48" space around kitchen table. 2 bed, 2 offices......little under 3000 sq. ft.
$5000 yearly tax bill!
