It kind of depends on the year. If prospects look really good come next spring we may topdress additional N.

And yes, anhydrous is the cheapest N, and really easy to apply right now. Leaching is certainly never a concern. Gassing off from not having enough moisture in the ground certainly can be though. While we're not in perfect shape right now.........I believe there's enough moisture that it would work pretty well.
