I certainly hope JD is NOT shifting their JDF phone people to an "off-shore" site. I get tired of the off-shore phone techs telling me "no-worry" about whatever it is I'm calling about.

No one in the USA says "no worry"! 

I admire that their English is better than my Indian, or Filipino, or Pakistani, but it's still clumsy when trying to interpret just what they're meaning.

Whoever invented the whole off-shore operators thing needs to be imprisoned for natural life.
