you use 27 with hub 26 OR 28A with hub 28. the springs only changed coatings as far as i can see. the ratchets as priced individually so need 2 of the item. when i rebuild them i check bearings and bushings and replace if wore. if ratchets burnt up i do springs and reshim with new ratchets. believe 35 is the spring shim. i dont change hub unless damaged. make sure hub is not loose on shaft
