| What's the difference between 27 and 28A? Do I need both, 1 of each, or 2 of either one? Is one a higher wear or harder to slip clutch?

2nd question:
I have the old style springs. to upgrade to the new style springs, do I only need the new springs, bolts, spacer, etc for the springs? Or do I need a new part 30 as well? 87470287
Or do I need to replace even more? To rebuild this, I dont have it apart yet, what parts are normally replaced?
