We are in Indonesia for a month so our diet has had to adapt a lot from home cooking.
I tried a bite or two of things I would have used to enjoy. Noodles and pasta. Potatoes. No longer seem to taste all that great or satisfying. Fresh fruit is my downfall.
Funny how tastes change when the diet does.
At home under 20 grams carbs most days. Now probably 100-150 daily. My blood sugar not been terrible bad but elevated somewhat. 2 hours under water scuba diving exercise helps.
