I would keep the old grate unless it is bent up, look closely at the new concave and lay a straight edge over the bars, they are not always level.. ask me how I know.
best move I did on the old girl was throw the alum grease suckers away and replace with the wood. might want to measure your cranks to see how much wear there is.
