SW OH
Use wheel chocks then hit the shoes, not the drums. It helps to loosen the slack adjusters. Brakes often get tighter after sitting that long because of rust jacking between brake pad and shoe. If they were adjusted properly when parked and then rust jacked the wheels will not turn until loosened if it has maxi brakes (spring loaded parking brake). Be sure you know how to loosen a slack adjuster before you try. You can damage an automatic slack adjuster if you do it wrong. There are different brands that take different procedures to loosen.
