Looks like you have an update for a display on the card and the data folders. I'd wipe the whole card (delete or format) if you don't need any of the old stuff on it anymore. 

Then the RCD folder that the export made, you'd extract it on the computer first and put the "regular" RCD folder that you got from the extraction onto the card like you see what you have there now. When you extract you might end up w/ an RCD inside the RCD folder. Grab the inner one and put on the card or it won't see anything with 2 stacked folders like that
