Do you use the throttle when you’re driving a semi or a car?

40 years ago, throttle lock on a WesternStar 425 Cat chicken truck was the equivalent of a modern cruise control. Top speed loaded just a little over 100 mph. We also slipped seat as paycheck based on miles could top 2k week for teams. Bought first farm after 2 years of Miami/Salinas turns. Husband/Wife team.
