S Illinois | All over the place. E-plants have been bouncing 5 cents either side of +20 U since the contract month switch and depending on day. Country elevators(rail) can be pushed to even. Unfortunately the lower Ohio River bids don’t seem to want to do the heavy lifting and are stuck 5-10 cents under the e plants.
Edit: STL has better bids on the west side of the state. Best if one wants to move physical corn to do a lot of calling.
