Had sister get a ticket in a small town. Yes you came to a complete stop at the stop sign, but you didn’t sit a full three seconds before you moved again. What a joke.
My Grandson failed his driving test over this rule. I didn't even know that was a law, Had to count 1001, 1002, 1003 and then can proceed. Heck, if I did that every one behind me would be blowing their horns
