Nope. Height has zero relation to droplet size. Going back to grasshopper control, that was often flown higher, at 30-40 ft. No reason to be any lower.

Too low, that is a very good way to get a streaky mess. 15-20% of the aircraft’s rotor or wingspan. That puts an 802 at 9 to 12 feet, and a 402 or similar at 6-10 ft.
