NEMO | You said that certain Dr's may be "privy" to later research and info. Seriously? So there's top secret info out there and some Dr's get it and others don't? Does that make any sense? Do you see how goofy that sounds ? Now maybe you don't mean it that way, but it's like a text that sometimes doesn't come across clearly. Then when it doesn't come across clearly, it sounds like misinformation to someone that just doesn't know or is leary of Dr's or the medical establishment. I talked to farmer/neighbor tonight at a fair away from home. His PSA went to 4.4 and the Dr ordered a biopsy and petscan. They could see a shadow and one of the 9 sections they biopsied had cancer. He is 70 and they are doing quarterly PSA's to watch it. Sounds like a good plan. You need to read Roadrangers posts and pay real close attention because he is on it, you're not. For every YouTube Dr you find that wants to poo-poo Prostate protocol, I bet I can find one to rebuff it. Be careful with what of say, you may swing someone into doing nothing that could have benefited from medical intervention. On a separate conversation, I've seen 2 people I was close to that had colon cancer, both had bleeding but chose to ignore it, thinking it would go away or get better. By the time both sought medical attention, it was Stage 4. One had family driving him to MD Anderson in Houston and he couldn't make the trip at 54. The other was 64, I don't know what she was thinking, maybe like you Burns, she thought she could diet her way out of it, or mistrusted Dr's. What a shame in both cases. Be very careful with cancer, it's not diabetes.
