Is it too low or too high coming out of headland? When you shut master off, your pwm should stay at same state until you turn it on unless you have a standby pw set. I don’t believe on that particular vintage there is any other way to set a standby. I would get some water, put a test speed in and wait for it to catch rate. Then shut master off and see Pw stays at same place. Turn master back on. If pw doesn’t change it doesn’t come to rate very quickly you have a mechanical or flow related problem.
