Had this happen on an AC 8070 years ago, took out the fan, radiator and water pump. After that, I wired in a horn in the engine compartment, wired it through a normally open oil pressure switch, screwed into the oil passage on the engine. When you turn the key on, the horn blows, scares the critters out. Once the engine is running, and has oil pressure, the horn shuts off.
