I have a chisel chip in one of my eye lids. It has been there for 25 years. Doctors say if we remove it we could cause nerve damage which could give me a lazy eye lid. So I have cat scan instead of mri. If you can remove it removed I would. Cat scans use a lot of radiation. I have asked different Doctors about the eyelid and they all say leave it there. I also had a stroke two years ago , doctor would have liked to have used a mri.
