T81 is an old, out-dated wheat variety here. If that tells you anything!
It is so refreshing when posters put forth inciteful and well thought out responses that really add to the entire online experience. Thank you for putting so much thought into this one. I will be forever grateful of your great wisdom. I, for one, had no idea of this out-dated wheat variety. Keep up the good work
