did you wiggle the limit switch that shuts it off when in !!!!
If I understand correctly, you mean the switch at the cradle. I pushed the auger off of the cradle by hand. It would barely go far enough to clear the switch. Yes I wiggled it, and it moved freely. When not touching the switch the retract solenoid showed voltage and the auger would retract back in tight in the cradle. Then, with the switch closed again by the auger, the voltage would stop at the solenoid even with the handle in the retract position. So, I think the switch is functioning properly. I did jump across the two posts on the switch as a test though. It made no difference on the extend action. |
