Is your hitch to PTO shaft measurements correct per the manual? High load PTO applications that measurement is very important for CV shafts
CV joints exist to make the pin hole to shaft end measurement irrelevant.
To the OP. If the vibration goes away when you dump a bale, most likely the CV joint is getting too worn. They don’t last all that long typically.
