Have a 1086 we put heavy duty clutch in 250 hrs ago now at idle when using brakes raking hay can get itit too intermittently stop but at full throttle on the road the brakes ain’t stopping it any idea just put an mcv pump in and didn’t solve the problem this is a 1979 model no flow control hyds if that matters tractor does auger rock trailer and hay rake that’s it! TIA
