I bought a small tractor that has been used to mow roadsides. It has worn out 16" pickup tires on the front, foam filled. I want to put new tires on. New front rims are around $100 each. What am I going to get into trying to remove the old foam filled tires? Is it worth messing with or should I just get new rims with new tires?
