Holly Hill, SC | I have tried it multiple ways. If you look on my original thread you can see what the zip file looks like and what it looks like on my computer inside the zip file. I have formatted the CF card to Fat 32 and then extracted the zip file to the card. If I look at the card everything looks good. I have also copy and pasted the "GS2_2600_Field_Single_Release_V_2" file directly the CF card. Not sure if the "_MACOSX" file is pertinent. Really not sure which files are the critical ones.
In my original post I have the "Read me" file presented which are the instructions for field reprogramming.
"Make a field reprogramming compact flash card:
1) Unzip the new factory reprogramming image files from the build machine to Compact Flash card.
2) Boot the RCD with the compact flash installed and both "up" and "down" bezel keys pressed.
The reprogramming process takes several minutes. After it is done, you will see the front panel LED
blinking green.
3) Remove the CF card and reboot the RCD. The RCD will run the new software from internal flash."
I have tried it multiple ways with no response but when do I press the up and down buttons on the back? As I power up the monitor for one second? Hold the buttons while it boots? What till it almost boots?
Attached photos are what the CF looks like after extracting files to the CF. I clip "Yes' to all on the encryption error. It copies 1073 items (51.8 MB)
