I have teleclipper. Usually run it on a Jd 324k mini payloader. Love it. Rotating and extendable head is very nice. Cut clean. No problem cutting anything that will fit in jaw. https://precisionmfg.com/ 



I have an older version of this brand and Im happy with it, Ive used both and they all have pros and cons

My experience with using a shear on our telehandler wasnt good, you cant see the shear very well so its just guessing, plus I can see where it put alot of torque on the boom pin causing more wear if done for a long time.
