NW Indiana | Remember the rally in the spring of 2014 that made nearly zero sense? Imo that was a result of the similar setup we are looking at now when the market structure is going to have to rebalance itself. Yes the farmer has to sell but there is nearly an equal amount that needs bought by end users and then you have the phantom bushels the funds sold that will need bought back. 2014 was the tail end of the major fall from 2012, seems like we are in a very similar position. I have no clue when this rebalance will take place whether fall or spring but at some point there is a lot of buying to be done. | |
