Have COPD, so don’t mess with stuff very long. Had sinus, cough and sore throat in May. Doc put me on prednisone and amoxicillin. Cleared up about 85% for a few weeks but not gone. Then got all of what you listed. Went back, swabbed nose, all negative. Put me on Zpac, seems to have cleared it up. Good luck!
