Local truck mechanic isn't sure what happened. Was on his knees without pads and left leg started getting sore. Pulled up pant and leg was beat red and starting to get real sore. Went to emergency and got operated within 3 or so hours. Infection in his knee. Not sure what happened but blaming something similar to metal chip that got pressed in.
