Have a Phillips harrow with a 6056 valmar box on it. Works phenomenal for low rate cover crops. If seeding higher rates we go with a spinner spreader then harrow it in. 10mph isn’t a problem in smooth fields. I don’t know of another tool that is as low of maintenance as a rotary harrow
