southeast Washington | john deere plows pull harder than any other plow and do not cover trash as well. Of course, Deere would say leaving trash on top is a good thing. When I plowed a lot I would rent two 10 bottom plows in the fall. I tried to get two International plows. One year all I could get was a IH and a Deere pulled each with a Massey Ferguson 4880. You could pull the IH one gear faster all day long. And it did a better job. Massey made good plows just not 10 bottom. A good old 880 MF would be better than that.
